New release: ZEUS v0.9.4

This release features enhancements and new functionality including Speed up transaction UX improvements, display of keysend messages, CLNRest enhancements and under-the-hood optimizations.

We're proud to announce the wide availability of ZEUS v0.9.4, including on the Apple App Store, and Google Play.

This release features enhancements and new functionality including Speed up transaction UX improvements, display of keysend messages, CLNRest enhancements and under-the-hood optimizations.

Speed up transaction UX improvements

It's never fun to have a transaction waiting in the mempool, so we've upgrading our Speed up transaction view with the latest LND endpoints so that you can easily bump the fee on everything from a standard on-chain transaction to a channel close.

Display of keysend messages

Remote node users have always been able to receive keysend payments and messages. These are payments that Lightning users can send directly to each other's node public key, as long as the feature is enabled. It's commonly used in the Podcast 2.0 and Zapvertising specs.

Users can now see their keysend messages on the Activity and Payment views.

CLNRest enhancements

CLNRest is the latest and greatest way to access your Core Lightning node on the go. This release fixes the display of destination addresses on Transaction view and allows users to copy their connection string to clipboard for easy import during wallet configuration.

Under-the-hood optimizations

Last but not least, are a ton of optimizations we've made under the hood. The embedded node have been updated to LND v0.18.4-beta. Networking improvements have been made across the board. Payment path calculation has been optimized after you make a Lightning payment. Tons of bugs have been squashed. New features are nice, but it's important to apply the polish. The little things add up.
