Olympus by ZEUS x Mutiny Wallet integration
ZEUS is pleased to announce the integration of its lightning service provider (LSP), Olympus by ZEUS, into Mutiny Wallet.
Mutiny is an LDK-based Lightning wallet that runs in the browser. Skipping the app stores, Mutiny benefits from additional censorship resistance, and can run on most devices that have a web browser. The wallet is also feature-rich with Nostr Wallet Connect and contact book functionality, and support for the federated custody protocol Fedimint.

Self-host for ultimate self-sovereignty
Unfortunately, the Mutiny team has recently announced the impending shutdown of the wallet at year end, as they pivot the company to focus on other offerings - however, we want to emphasize that users will still able to self-host the wallet in perpetuity.
Mutiny is available on the Start9 Marketplace. Users can also manually deploy a node to another server or platform of they're choosing - it's all free and open software after all!
The Olympus by ZEUS LSP, will still work with your Mutiny wallet, no matter where it is deployed.
How to use the Olympus by ZEUS LSP in Mutiny Wallet
If you're using the self-custodial Lightning wallet in Mutiny, it will default to using our Olympus by ZEUS LSP.
If you'd like to verify this, or change the LSP in use, follow these steps:
- First go to Settings in the wallet by hitting the gear icon on the left side of the app.
- Under Settings, find and click on the section labeled Server
- Under the section labeled LSP, use the dropdown to verify you're using Olympus by ZEUS
